Don’t have enough sleep, and you will be crazy

A recent research in Harvard University said that if you lack of sleep, you must be cautious. Why??? Because according to the research, lack of sleep will cause mental disorder.

The most faced mental disorder is depression, and then difficulties in concentrating (Attention Deficit Disorder). Furthermore, lack of sleep would make your hormone fluctuate, including the hormone that control your psychological. That is why there is a possibility you will get crazy. But, there is not datum yet about someone who are getting crazy due to not having enough sleep

The researchers suggest us to not think this as a trivial matter,
So have enough sleep please…

Hello

It is my first time doing something like this

I just want to improve my English, and also I want to speed up my typing speed too.

what a boring day, killing time by doing nothing. Just looking at my computer all the time.

Maybe I should try to write something, so I can wake up something good inside me (as if there is :p)
